A truly memorable meal at Sinabro. Yoann and Sujin work in lock step with each other to provide outstanding service matched with equally outstanding food. The atmosphere is calming, inviting and warm. Perhaps the greatest part of the experience is watching chef Yoann cook in front of you for a restaurant full of diners almost entirely on his own. Laser-focused on the pass for the entire evening, he embarks upon a performance in and of itself, before the 5-star dishes are even delivered to your table with the utmost care and attention provided by Sujin. He refuses to take a moments pause, completely dedicated for several hours to pushing out the highest quality plates. If Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential paints a picture of kitchens as the chaotic battlefield saturated with frantic foot soldiers, angry commanders and loose shrapnel in the form of pots and knives, Yoann’s solitary workspace is anything but. The mix of classic French cookery with hints of Korean cuisine makes the dishes exciting, modern and refined. The guinea fowl ranks as one of the nicest plates of food I’ve ever eaten in London, and the rice pudding is a concert of textures, richness and freshness all rolled into one, reminiscent of, yet still elevating, the riz au lait of those you would have in an old school Parisian bistrot. After the sad closure of Soif just opposite this restaurant on Battersea Rise, we were in need of a new space to celebrate special occasions and make memorable moments, Sinabro provided just that.

Exquisite food made and served with real care, and often with an interesting Asian twist to some otherwise European classic dishes (like passionfruit with the fjord salmon and yuzu preserve with the cheese board). An absolut gem of a place, great attention to detail and wines offered are very well thought out. Don't miss the rice pudding dessert! It might sound unassuming but it's one of the best things I've ever eaten.

This is a fantastic local restaurant with beautifully crafted seasonal menus and friendly service - it is much more special than looking at it from the outside offers

Fantastic food and service in discreetly located and intimate surroundings. Menu is small - always a good sign in my opinion - and interesting with an excellent wine list. Well worth the trip across town from North London!
