Kinmel Bay sits on the North Wales coast where sandy beach stretches nearby and countryside rolls inland—the kind of place where you're genuinely steps from the sea and far enough from crowds. Sea Breeze is a detached house that sleeps seven across three bedrooms: a kingsize upstairs with its own bathroom and jacuzzi bath, a double on the ground floor, and a triple bunk room for children. A living room with woodburner, open-plan kitchen and dining space, and two bathrooms give everyone room to spread out without feeling on top of each other.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking proper meals rather than heating tins—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all there. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. The real treats are the private hot tub for six and that thirty-second walk to the beach. There's parking for two cars and a front garden. One dog or cat can come with you at no extra cost.

This works well for multi-generational trips or groups of friends who want a full house to themselves, somewhere to cook together and retreat to a hot tub afterwards. The nearby towns of Rhyl, Prestatyn, Rhos-on-Sea and Llandulas have shops and attractions. No smoking inside.
