Had a terrible experience. Did an hour boat trip on 1 August. They promise you that the holding deposit will be returned to your card the same day. It is now 4 days later and still no refund of my deposit. I have sent numerous emails, as you can't call them and I went back the the stall along the river on 3 different occasions. All the employees will tell you there is nothing we can do, and just keep referring to a guy called "Will". Stating only he will do it. I insisted they call the boss man like they say and they just blatantly refused. Said they won't call him informt of me. Completely disregarding the fact that I have not received my money back. Complete and utter disgrace. Very happy to swipe your card to keep a deposit, but not so happy to return the money after no damage or late return. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never be returning to use this company.
