Headland Studio occupies a clifftop position with unobstructed views across the Cornish coast. The building combines contemporary comfort with its dramatic setting: the ground floor is an open-plan living and kitchen space, while upstairs a master bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the water. A second bedroom with bunk beds completes the layout. Both bathrooms are ensuite, and the main bedroom features a jacuzzi bath. The property sleeps six and comes with Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels included. One pet is welcome.

The location offers immediate access to the coastal footpath and a steep route down to Upton beach, a shingle and rock-pool destination that becomes sandy at mid to low tide. Widemouth Bay and Summerleaze Beach in Bude are nearby alternatives if you prefer a lifeguarded shore. The cliffs themselves—particularly the stretch south towards Crackington Haven—draw walkers for their scale and exposure. The beach is roughly 900 yards away. The property adjoins the owner's house and shares an enclosed garden with deck space and parking for one car; smoking is not permitted indoors.
