South Devon cows, a herd of horses and a flock of pedigree Zwartble sheep – these are the ace animals that share the grounds of Trevoulter Farm Holidays, a north Cornwall site where stays are in well-equipped static caravans amid rural surrounds.
There's also an area beyond the animal fields that's packed with native wildflowers, streams and plenty of local wildlife scuttling about if you're up for exploring; the further you go, the more adventures are to be had as a pub, shop and a little cinema are within walking distance in the village of Poundstock and it's a 40-minute stroll to the beach and South West Coast Path.
Come back to your rental caravan after sandy seaside sessions at the popular resort of Bude (10 minutes' drive). Each unit also has a spacious lounge, TV, modern kitchen and gas heating for evenings on the sofa, and beds are made up with top-notch bedlinen ready for you to move in. Outside, there's a private garden area with a firepit and a deck containing outdoor seating for making the most of sunny Cornish evenings; log supplies and outdoor cooking facilities are also available on site for warming up with a blaze and a hot meal as the temperatures cool.

Absolutely stunning cottages. We travelled as a group of 15 split over 3 cottages, with 7 children between 1 and 13. Court Farm Cottages have so much from an indoor pool, to a games room and outdoor area for children and animals for us to feed and pet. These extras just made the holiday for us. The cottages are in a great location, close to beautiful Bude. Will definitely be re-booking.

Just spent a lovely 4 nights in the parlour. Couldn't fault this place. Great communication from Katie. Place was spotless, loads to do for the kids, about 5 mins from bude and all set in a lovely quiet village. Will definitely be coming again. Thanks for having us

We stayed the last week of September and really enjoyed our holiday at Court Farm. The house we stayed in had all facilities you’d require for a young family so no need to bring a cot and stair gate at top of stairs. Plus additional gates provided if needed. Our son loved to see the tractor, animals and play in the games room and out door play area. We as a family enjoyed seeing the animals and going swimming. The option to book private sessions is great for taking your family for a swim on holiday. Marhamchurch is a lovely village and has a village shop and pub over the road. A great family holiday home with amble to do and see and within 5 mins of Bude and easy access to the rest of Cornwall. We shall be back. Thanks again for a great week’s holiday.

A brilliant family getaway. The Granary Barn had everything we needed for a family Christmas. Beautifully decorated. Plus, all the child friendly amenities to ensure we didn't need to bring much except ourselves. The kids loved the outdoor play area, Peppa the pig and her animal friends, pool and games room. Location opposite the pub, 5 mins to Bude and straight into gorgeous countryside was ideal. I hope we can come back!
