We’ve just returned from a fantastic 7-night stay at this lovely family-run caravan site, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome – the friendliness of the owners and staff really makes this place stand out. The site itself is absolutely spotless. You can tell a lot of care and pride goes into keeping everything clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The outdoor pool was another highlight – always a great temperature and perfect for a refreshing dip or just relaxing poolside. There was always something to look forward to in the evenings too. The quiz night was brilliant fun and had everyone involved, and the bingo night gave us plenty of laughs – especially the one line prizes, which were hilarious and added to the great atmosphere. One of our favourite moments each day was heading up to the roof terrace to watch the sunset – the views are absolutely stunning and made for a perfect end to the day. We genuinely loved every minute of our stay and didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect mix of a peaceful, well-kept site with a warm, friendly community feel. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality caravan holiday.

A warm and friendly welcome from Cheryl who showed us to our lodge and explained everything we needed to know. We stayed in the Kynance lodge which is dog friendly. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped and we had a fantastic stay. The site is centrally located, so everything is close and easy to get to, there is also a convenient bus stop just outside the site. If I could give Perran Quays more stars I most certainly would!! Thank you! X

Just back from our third visit and still love it just as much as the first time! Cleanest and best kept site i have been too! Only trouble is we never want to go anywhere else now!!

I Highly recommend this site. Just got back from a 2 week holiday with my entire family, 23 people on various pitches and static caravans, what can I say this site is amazing great swimming pool, excellent food, very nice bar and the family that runs it are brilliant very friendly, accommodating and helpful, it’s so nice to find a site that is family run and care about what they do, our accommodation was clean and well kept nothing was any trouble, there some amazing views from terrace above the bar, the grounds are very well kept the toilet and shower block are very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be booking again this is in my opinion the best site to stay on if you want a proper non commercialised family holiday. I have nothing but praise for this site, Thank you Perran Quays for a fantastic holiday. We will see you again soon.
