11 Mount Brioni

11 Mount Brioni is a Mediterranean-style apartment on the first floor of a small collection of holiday homes in the village of Seaton, on Cornwall's south coast. The building sits in quiet grounds with direct access to the coastal path, and the beach is just 170 yards away. Everything you need is on one level: a combined living and dining space with a Smart TV, a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, two bedrooms (a double and a bunk bed) and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; there is parking for one car on site.

The real draw is the private balcony, which looks out to sea and gives you a place to sit and watch the light change over the water. Six steps lead up to the entrance. Seaton has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café; the immediate area offers rock pools for exploring, fishing spots and a nearby country park with woodland walks and a children's playground. The coastal path starts at the gates. Smoking is not permitted inside. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
