Reverse-level. Large seaward facing first floor balcony (28ft by 8ft) offering beautiful views across St Ives Bay and beyond to Godrevy Lighthouse. Three bedrooms: 2 x ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and 1 x ground-floor twin with Smart TV.
