It's the kind of spot where you can walk out into open fields one way and drop down towards the beaches and streets of St Ives the other.

5 night stay here and we had the best time with our 2 young children! Staff so welcoming, the apartment was home from home, so clean (and I’m a germafobe) haha! So tidy, spacious and literally had everything you could need for a comfortable stay with children. Staff were so accommodating with helping us with a baby gate and high chair. We were welcomed with a hamper which was beautiful. The walk to the beach was lovely, the pool was offsite but a great way to spend a rainy day. We spent an hour in the hot tub onsite which was amazing! If we ever visit st Ives again, we would come back here and would recommend to all friends and family! when I travel I really do find it difficult with feeling comfortable, but not here! We loved it. Truly amazing staff who were always available for help and beautiful place to stay.

We spent three nights in a lovely suite at the Treloyhan. Set high up above St Ives, it was peaceful and only a 15 minute walk into town (or even less down to the beach). The suite was wonderful, with large dining and sitting room, and a very modern kitchen with Miele appliances; the bedroom was very comfortable and there was lots of wardrobe space. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it was altogether a great experience. We would have loved to have stayed longer than we did. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully quiet location within walking distance (downhill!) to St Ives (bus or taxi easy for the return). Our suite was really spacious and beautifully furnished, just what we needed to relax comfortably in a peaceful spot. Loved the view through the large windows no matter what the weather brought, and when it wasn’t raining we could enjoy the terrace. We used the full kitchen facilities and were welcomed with a lovely food gift selection to get started. Take away deliver too if needed. Bed super comfy and super king, good size shower room and separate toilet. The concierge team were very welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great stay and lovely staff. The location and the property itself are beautiful and the rooms are spacious, aesthetic, comfortable and well equipped with amenities. The food at the in-house restaurant Manor Grill, was particularly delicious; coupled with the outdoor ambience and seating, it made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
