Barfield's Cherry Tree Cottage is a converted stone barn on a 35-acre smallholding in the heart of rural Cornwall. The property sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a zip-and-link super king on the first floor with its own shower room, a separate king bedroom, and a room with two single beds. A second bathroom serves the latter two rooms. Downstairs there are two living spaces, each with a television, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and the rest—and a separate toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

What makes this place distinctive is the use of a 24ft by 12ft heated indoor swimming pool, a minute's walk away across the grounds, available year-round from 9am to 6pm. There is also a games room with table tennis, pool, darts and board games, and a small garden with a courtyard and barbecue space directly attached to the cottage. Parking for two cars is on site. The smallholding itself is home to sheep, horses, chickens and ducks. Pets are welcome. The owners live nearby and provide a welcome pack on arrival. No smoking inside the property.
