Brackley Cottage is a characterful Grade II listed building that sits right at the heart of Truro's working harbour. The cottage has been restored to make the most of its modest footprint, creating a compact but well-proportioned home. It sleeps three across two bedrooms—a double and a smaller double accessed from one side—with a shower room and a combined kitchen and dining space on the ground floor. The living room has a television and DVD player for quieter evenings.
Everything you need for a self-catering stay is provided: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and there is a washing machine on the ground floor. A public car park is available nearby. The cottage welcomes one pet.
Being on the harbour means the best of the village is literally outside the door. Shops, pubs, restaurants and a post office are within steps. The foot ferry to Falmouth departs from the quay opposite, and the little ferry to Place Manor launches from the same spot. The sea and sailing are central to life here, with racing and regattas throughout the summer. A beach lies half a mile away. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
