Pencreek

You enter Pencreek at ground level into a small lobby with access to the stairs and a utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer are kept. The first floor is where you'll spend most of your time: a generous open-plan space that combines the kitchen, dining area and living room in one, with windows and a seven-yard balcony facing the water. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and two fridges. There's a TV and DVD player in the living area, and a separate toilet on this floor. A second set of stairs takes you to the bedrooms on the second floor: a king-size double and two twin rooms, two of which have views toward the harbour and bay. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there's another separate toilet.

Pets stay free, and one car can be parked on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property sits a quarter-mile from the beach, near St Mawes and a Co-op on Kings Road. Smoking is not permitted inside. Children need supervision on the balcony, which has a low wall and gaps in the railings.
