The Studio

The Studio is a self-contained cottage sleeping four in Truro, close enough to the Cornish coast that sea views reach into the upper rooms. It comes as a whole property to yourself, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across three floors, plus everything needed for a comfortable stay—heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all provided. The kitchen is properly fitted out with a dishwasher, so cooking and cleaning are straightforward rather than a chore.

Ground level holds a twin bedroom and bathroom, plus the washing machine and access to a small terrace. The middle floor is an open-plan living and dining space with a Freeview TV. Upstairs, a double bedroom with an ensuite sits in the roof space, lit by Velux windows that frame views towards the water and low enough that tall guests will need to mind their head. The cottage does not permit smoking. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
