Cairn Ryan is a substantial detached house built to modern standards, with a ground floor of generous rooms and a first-floor master suite. The property holds four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping eight people across a blend of bed configurations: three kingsize beds on the ground floor, one super kingsize on the first floor, and one that converts from a kingsize to two singles on request. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite showers; a separate family bathroom serves the rest of the house.
The main living space is open plan, connecting the kitchen, dining and sitting areas through large windows that look towards the sea. The kitchen has an induction hob, range cooker, combi microwave-oven-grill, dishwasher and coffee machine. A second sitting room with its own smart TV allows guests to spread across the house. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The enclosed garden has a terrace and dedicated barbecue area at the back, with seating throughout. Private parking accommodates two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The house works well for two families or a larger group wanting to stay together. St Mawes Primary School is nearby. Arrive after 16:00, depart before 10:00.
