St Mawes harbour lies within walking distance, and from there boat trips run to Falmouth and beyond. The village sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with coastal paths and beaches nearby. Truro and its cathedral are a short drive away, and the surrounding area holds castle ruins, fishing villages, and enough Cornish coastline to fill several visits.
The Sail Room is a ground-floor studio with a double bed, open-plan living and dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. A shower room and heated towel rail complete the facilities. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property opens onto a private garden with seating, and there is parking for one car on site.
