Rosemary Cottage

Rosemary Cottage is a single-storey property built around ground-floor living, with everything accessed without steps once you're inside. The layout centres on a dual-aspect living room where two large sofas seat the full party of six; French doors open onto a veranda with sea views, while another set leads down to the garden. A separate dining area connects to the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and leads through to both the garden and back to the main rooms—the kind of flow that works well for families or groups who want to spread out or gather as they choose.

Three bedrooms sleep six: the first has a double bed and its own shower room; the second can be configured as a double or twin and has sea views; the third has twin beds and also looks out to sea. The family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. One dog is welcome. Private parking fits two cars, and the garden comes with furniture. St Mawes itself is walkable for shops, restaurants and beach access, with the primary school nearby.
