Cedar Ridge

Cedar Ridge is a four-bedroom house in Kingsand village, a ten-minute walk from the beach and the local pubs. It sleeps eight across a super king with ensuite, two doubles, and a twin bedroom, with four bathrooms and two further WCs spread through the property. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, while the sitting room centres on a woodburner and television for quieter evenings.

Outside is where this place stands apart: a pergola-covered garden with seating and dining areas opens onto an outdoor shower, which matters more than it sounds when you're tracking sand and salt water through a holiday home. There's parking for one car. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; Wi-Fi is available. One well-behaved dog is welcome with notice. The property does not permit smoking.
