Widemouth Bay and its long sandy beach are a ten-minute drive away; Crackington Haven, with its beach café and clifftop restaurants, is closer still. The Atlantic Highway runs nearby, making it straightforward to explore the Cornish coast in either direction. Church View itself occupies the grounds of a former rectory in Jacobstow village, looking out towards a 15th-century church.
The house sleeps ten across five bedrooms: one kingsize with an ensuite on the first floor, two more kingsize bedrooms with ensuites, and two rooms with single beds each. Bathrooms total four. Downstairs, a combined kitchen, dining room and sun room forms the social hub, with a separate living room featuring a woodburner. There is also a study with a games console and games. An enclosed garden with terrace and patio has a barbecue; bike and surfboard storage is available. The essentials—electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are covered, and logs for the fire are included. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is yours alone, with private parking for three cars.
