The location does mean you'll need a car for dining out, but direct access from the A39 makes arrival straightforward – no winding lanes required. Both members and non-members are welcome, with reduced rates for club members.

Very friendly staff. Upon arrival it was very windy and we had a large tent. They gave us the best spot to stay out of the wind and while we were setting up they came over to make sure we were OK. This is a great example of what staff should be like on a camp site. 👍👍

Good clean site but could be improved by updating facilities. Games room closes too early at 8pm. This could be 9pm as kids had nothing to do in the evening. Not much in the way of shelter between pitches, maybe plant some trees or bushes.

My Husband and I recently stayed at Bude site for 5 nights. On arrival we were greeted by Paul. What a wonderful welcome! He was really kind, warm and made us feel welcome straight away. He even accommodated my parents before they arrived on the Monday. Throughout our stay he would come check each pitch making sure Everyone was happy. All other staff on site were all extremely helpful and friendly. The site is highly maintained and clean. Showers were a dream and always clean. It such a peaceful quiet site and we'd definitely visit again.
