Coastguard Cottage

Coastguard Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Heating and hot water run via a heat pump and solar panel, with a woodburner in the living room for extra warmth on cooler days. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with parking for two cars on site. The cottage is non-smoking.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds the living room—which looks out to sea through a bay window—plus the kitchen and dining area, and all three bedrooms: one double and two singles. The bathroom with bath and shower is upstairs. Outside, a south-facing garden with patio furniture overlooks the beach, and there's a larger back garden beyond. The sea is less than 50 yards away, making this a genuinely beachfront location. Downderry Memorial Gardens and the village shop, restaurant and pub are all within walking distance, and other Cornish beaches and coastal spots are easy to reach by car.
