Coombe Villa

Coombe Villa sits on the Tregothnan Estate alongside the River Fal, within reach of the estate's tea centre and its gardens. Truro is a ten-minute drive, offering shops, restaurants and a cinema. The north coast beaches at Newquay lie roughly 16 miles away; Padstow is just over 20 miles. The setting is quiet but not isolated—the village has what visitors need, and the wider county's attractions are close enough for day trips or longer explorations.

The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six. Upstairs, two double beds (each can be split into singles) come with their own bathrooms—one with a roll-top bath and separate cubicle shower, the other with bath and shower over. Downstairs, a third bedroom contains bunk beds suited to children. The ground floor opens into a living space with woodburner, Freeview TV and CD player, alongside a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. An enclosed patio with garden furniture and barbecue opens from the house. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; initial logs for the woodburner come with the property.

One dog is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking throughout. Parking for two cars is available on site.
