Holly Cottage

You enter Holly Cottage into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space where the whole ground floor flows together. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer are all there. A wood burner sits in the living room for winter evenings. Upstairs, two bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that convert from doubles to singles; each has its own ensuite or shower room with heated towel rail. A side extension contains a third bedroom with two single beds and a wet room accessed by a steep staircase. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; initial logs for the burner are provided too.

The cottage overlooks the estuary with direct access to riverside paths and historic plum orchards. Truro city centre is ten minutes' drive, offering shops, restaurants and a cinema. Newquay's beaches lie about 16 miles north; Padstow is just over 20 miles away. The property accommodates one well-behaved pet and sleeps six across its three bedrooms. There is on-site parking, and an enclosed patio with garden furniture suits warmer months. No smoking throughout.
