The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Located in a rural village, the property sits within a mile of a pub and close enough to beaches for a genuine coastal base. Circular walks start from the doorstep through countryside. For families with children, Paradise Park is five minutes away with a train ride and soft play. Golfers will find courses at Hayle nearby. Note that stairs have open treads and one bedroom lacks a handrail; there are changes in level throughout. One small dog is welcome. The cottage does not allow smoking. On-road parking is available.
