Deviock Farm - Roosters Rest

Roosters Rest is a converted barn on a small working farm in Cornwall, within walking distance of the coast. The single bedroom contains a double bed, and there are two shower rooms—one upstairs, one down—so two guests have space to themselves without sharing facilities. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and bed linen are all included; the kitchen is set up for cooking, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room if you need them.

The property spreads across three floors. Ground level holds the kitchen-diner and one bathroom. The middle floor has the living space with a TV and the second shower room. Upstairs is the bedroom. Outside, you have an enclosed patio at front and back, and parking for one car on site. The surrounding three acres include fields, an organic vegetable garden, and a pond—the grounds are yours to explore, though the pond is unfenced. One dog or cat can stay free of charge.

A mile away the Cornish coast offers beaches and walks. The property does not allow smoking.
