You enter Dizzard Cottage at ground level into two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second has twin singles. The bathroom holds a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail. Climb the stairs and the layout opens out—upstairs is one open-plan space combining living area, dining space and kitchen, with the kind of ceiling height that makes a cottage feel airy. Windows here look out towards the coast and countryside beyond.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. The living area has a TV. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One car can park on site, and one dog stays free. No smoking inside.

West Park is close to the north Cornish coast—beaches and coves are within reach—and there's a pub within a mile. The cottage suits a family or two couples looking for a whole property to themselves, rather than shared facilities.
