What visitors say
Fabulous campsite located opposite beach. Lots of space for you to choose where to pitch, all with sea views. Well maintained site with lovely facilities including showers, toilets, surf showers and wetsuit wash, washing up, fridge and freezer, recharging points, toilet disposal, recycling and electric and water. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. It was very busy this weekend as it was a hot bank holiday. But it was such a relaxed and quiet site it was a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely revisit and recommend to friends.

We are on this site now as I write this and the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is simply because I believe there should be room for improvement though currently it is hard where to suggest. My wife and I arrived on the Thursday for a three night stay and I had unknowingly paid for an electric pitch and as soon as I the lady realised she immediately reduced my tarriff despite me being happy to cut my loses on my mistake. The site itself is spacious, clean and overlooking the sea whi h the sound is lovely to fall asleep to. The showers and toilets are obviously cleaned regularly as they are always spotless when I go in. There are outside showers for wetsuits to get sand off and there is also a kitchen area for washing up and also fridges and freezers so you can chill your drinks. There is also a charging lockers for your phone. All in all a great place to pitch up not too far from local tourists points such as Bude, Bocastle and Tintagel and you can have a nice relaxed stay with a great vibe.

Absolutely stunning campsite. Amazing views of the sea. Immaculate site, toilets and showers faultless, I can't stress enough about the cleanliness of them. Cleanest site I've ever been to. Food truck on site which is great when you've just spent 2 hrs setting up and you're not inclined to cook (a little overpriced maybe). Staff lovely, helpful and friendly, can't do enough for you. Site is quiet despite it's size. We we're given a plot close to the amenities however we were told we could pitch up anywhere we wanted, but they had 'reserved' that particular spot as my partner has mobility issues. There's a pub next to the site that looked lovely, we never visited though due to our very loud pug. Would we come back, if the campsite was somewhere else, yes def. However, although there are several beaches close by, they are not 'friendly' to those with mobility problems, very very stony which is just one of those things, lots of beaches are but if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. I enjoyed long walks with noisy pug, but I did them on my own whilst my partner stayed in van or sat on a bench. Which was a huge shame. So the site is perfect, absolutely perfect and as long as you're fit and well I cant recommend it highly enough however if you have some kind of mobility issue and you like the beach, this is unfortunately not the place to go

A beautiful location, modern clean and well kept facilities, plus two very lovely and yet strangely different pubs within walking distance (that's ignoring the coast path and beach). I have to give huge thank you to Sue and Gary for! not only being lovely and engaging but also being incredibly helpful when the side door decided it no longer wanted to be part of my van. Absolutely recommend and would definitely visit again!
