St Mawes sits at the tip of the Roseland Peninsula, a working fishing village with a castle, harbour walk, boutique shops and restaurants within minutes on foot. Ferries run to Falmouth, where the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle are worth a day trip. The South West Coast Path is nearby for longer walks. Dolphins Reach is a four-storey property sleeping seven, arranged over three floors with a dedicated parking space—a real convenience in a village where spaces are scarce.
Ground floor is open plan: living room with Freeview TV, dining area and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, plus folding doors to a sun terrace with sea views. Upstairs you'll find a kingsize bedroom with ensuite bath, two single beds in another room, a family bathroom with heated towel rail, and on the top floor a kingsize and a single bedroom. Essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. One dog travels free. No smoking inside.
The three-floor layout means it's not ideal if stairs are difficult. Families with young children will find the single bedroom on the upper level suits children rather than adults. The terrace garden has seating and the property has its own parking, so once you've arrived you can leave the car and explore the village and beaches on foot.
