Sail Loft (Hill Head)

Hill Head sits close enough to St Mawes for the beach to be a genuine draw, yet far enough from the seafront crush to offer quiet. The Rising Sun and other pubs are on the doorstep. Sail Loft is a converted property arranged over two floors, sleeping four in two bedrooms—both twins—with two bathrooms upstairs and a shower room down. Wooden floors run through most of the living spaces; the bedrooms overlook the water.

Downstairs opens into a living and dining area with a dining table for four, leather settees, and a television. Patio doors lead directly to a large flagged patio furnished with chairs and tables, which catches the sun. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with two electric ovens, a ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A utility room with washing machine is accessed via an outside path. Wi-Fi and oil central heating are included, along with bed linen and towels; electricity is covered in the rental. There is parking at the front of the property, and space at the rear for bikes or kayaks. Smoking is not permitted inside.
