Shearwaters is a one-bedroom cottage on the Roseland Peninsula, a short walk uphill from St Mawes village. Ground floor rooms include a living area with French doors to the garden, a separate dining space, and a kitchen equipped for cooking. Eight steep stairs lead to a double bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The property has its own parking space and a tiered back garden with seating and a pizza oven. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. One pet is welcome; children are not.
St Mawes itself is built around a working harbour with access to beaches suitable for swimming and rock pooling. The village has pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and the Roseland Peninsula beyond offers designated natural landscape to explore. The nearby castle dates from the Tudor period. A ferry runs from the harbour to Falmouth. The steep garden has level changes, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns.
