Hen Harrier Lodge

Hen Harrier Lodge works well for families wanting space to spread out, or two couples travelling together. The whole property is yours alone—three bedrooms (one with an ensuite, one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles), two bathrooms, and a spacious ground-floor layout that opens onto decking. A wood burner warms the living area, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook proper meals. One well-behaved dog can stay free, as long as it remains on a lead; the enclosed garden with artificial lawn gives children and pets room to run about safely. A private hot tub seats five.

The lodge sits on a gated site surrounded by woodland and fishing lakes, with parking for three cars on-site. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered, and the first load of logs for the burner comes with your stay. A travel cot and highchair are available if you need them. The Cornish Birds of Prey Centre operates just across the way and charges admission. Padstow and Newquay are close by for beaches and restaurants; Padstow's working harbour and cobbled streets draw plenty of visitors, and there are woodland walks from the property itself.
