Peregrine Lodge is a detached timber building arranged entirely on one floor, designed so everything unfolds in front of you as soon as you arrive. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a 49" Smart TV and woodburner, a dining section, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, plus a washer-dryer for longer stays. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own ensuite shower; the other two hold a double and two singles. A family bathroom with bath and shower completes the facilities. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided, and a welcome pack arrives with fire starters for the wood burner.
Outside, a large enclosed deck runs along the front with furniture and a barbecue for dining in the open air. Behind the lodge sits a raised deck built around a private hot tub for six. The property stands within 15 acres of mixed grounds featuring woodland, footpaths around an unfenced lake, and fishing available by arrangement with the site owner. Two cars park on site. One dog stays free. This is a non-smoking property throughout, including the decked areas.
The lodge sits minutes from Padstow's restaurants and harbour, and within reach of the Camel Trail, the county's popular 17-mile cycling and walking route that follows the estuary and leads inland to Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor. Check-in is after 15:30; departures are before 09:30.
