Hobby Lodge is a timber-built property on Acland Farm, constructed to high standards throughout. All of it sits on one level, making it easy to move around. The open-plan living space has a wood burner, corner sofa and TV. There is a separate dining area with a wooden table and mixed seating, plus a kitchen equipped for full self-catering. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with ensuite shower; bedroom 2 has a king bed; bedroom 3 has two singles. A second shower room serves the rest of the house.
Outside, an enclosed garden with solid wooden fencing contains a sunken hot tub for six, decking with garden furniture, and a BBQ. One dog stays free and there is an outside shower to rinse off after beach visits. The driveway has parking for three cars. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the wood burner are provided too. Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the decked area.
Acland Farm is within reach of the A30, making it convenient for exploring North Cornwall's coast around Newquay and Padstow. There is a lake on the grounds, unfenced, and fishing can be arranged with the owners. Check in is after 15:30 and checkout is before 09:30.
