Harbour Studio

Polperro wraps around a working harbour where the river meets the sea, its steep streets lined with galleries, shops and restaurants that reflect centuries of fishing heritage. Harbour Studio sits above the water at the village heart, a former art studio commanding views across the estuary and down to the boats below. The cottage itself is a traditional two-storey property sleeping four, with one bathroom and room for one well-behaved dog at no extra cost.

Ground floor holds a compact kitchen with everything needed to cook, a twin bedroom, and a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, the living room centres on a wood-burning stove and opens onto decking that runs the full width of the building—this is where the river views really matter, especially in poor weather when you can watch the water rise. The second bedroom is a double, served by a shower room. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided; the first load of wood for the stove is included. The cottage is yours alone, not split into flats.

The decking and front garden offer a sitting-out area when the weather allows. Parking is available in the public car park roughly ten minutes' walk away. The village suits couples and families wanting a coastal base within easy reach of the Polperro Heritage Coast, though children under 16 cannot stay here. No smoking inside.
