Launceston and the North Cornish coast are both within easy reach of this converted barn on a working farm. Higher Churchtown Farm – Kettle's On sits on ground level, making it accessible without steps, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged around an open-plan living space. The first bedroom has a king bed and ensuite wet room; the second has two single beds opening onto the garden, with a separate ensuite bath. A fully equipped kitchen lets you cook what you want, and a 65-inch smart TV is there if you need it.
The barn comes with its own small lawned garden and patio area with a barbecue. Beyond that, you have access to shared facilities: a games room with a pool table and table tennis, bike storage, and an 18ft circular swimming pool open from July to August. Parking for two cars is provided on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the heating is oil-fired with underfloor systems on the ground floor.
The property is no-smoking. A cot and highchair are available on request, and catering or a chef can be arranged in advance if you prefer not to cook.

We stayed here from the 24th june to the 1st July. Yvonne and Graham were very welcoming when we arrived , after having a bad experience arriving at another property on the Saturday we had to be moved, and so they accommodated us. Yvonne had been and brought us some provisions for when we arrived. The rooms were very spacious and clean and it had everything you needed. There were toys and books for the children, and a little park in the garden. Farmer Graham give us a ride on his tractor around the farm. They are a beautiful friendly couple, we were all sad to be leaving, and we will be returning. 😊❤

This place was an amazing place to be its peaceful calm relaxing ,its was so nice I didn't want to leave. The owner are so nice generous kind very caring and you will get a wonderful welcome. One of the best places I have ever stayed. I will definitely go back again and again. I plan to rebook this amazing home. Home from home I didn't want to leave this amazing place. Very clean comfortable warm and very homely.
