Higher Churchtown Farm – Proper Job is a converted barn sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor contains a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus two of the bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with two singles). A first-floor open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a 65-inch smart TV, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. The third bedroom, also with a king bed, is on this level. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and oil central heating throughout keep things warm; bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included.
The property sits in countryside on the edge of Tresmeer, seven miles from Launceston. You get private parking for three cars, a patio with barbecue, and shared access to a games room with pool table and table tennis. The half-acre grounds include a shared games field and a circular swimming pool, 18 feet across, which operates from July to August. The village church stands nearby. A catering service or chef can be arranged by prior arrangement with the owner. Smoking is not permitted.

We stayed here from the 24th june to the 1st July. Yvonne and Graham were very welcoming when we arrived , after having a bad experience arriving at another property on the Saturday we had to be moved, and so they accommodated us. Yvonne had been and brought us some provisions for when we arrived. The rooms were very spacious and clean and it had everything you needed. There were toys and books for the children, and a little park in the garden. Farmer Graham give us a ride on his tractor around the farm. They are a beautiful friendly couple, we were all sad to be leaving, and we will be returning. 😊❤

This place was an amazing place to be its peaceful calm relaxing ,its was so nice I didn't want to leave. The owner are so nice generous kind very caring and you will get a wonderful welcome. One of the best places I have ever stayed. I will definitely go back again and again. I plan to rebook this amazing home. Home from home I didn't want to leave this amazing place. Very clean comfortable warm and very homely.
