Ivy Mount

Ivy Mount suits families and groups who want space to spread out without feeling cramped. The three bedrooms sleep six across a super king, a zip-and-link super king (or two singles), and bunks, while two bathrooms mean less queuing in the mornings. A dog can stay for free, and the enclosed rear garden has direct access from a side gate—useful after a beach trip or walk without trailing sand through the house.

The ground floor flows between a living room and dining room, both with woodburners, into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and the rest. Utility room has a washer-dryer. Upstairs there is a roll-top bath with shower and a separate shower room. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. The property sits in Lelant village, a short walk from a sandy beach that welcomes dogs, and a bus stop 50 metres away serves St Ives regularly. On-road parking is available in front and on adjoining streets. The garden has 10 steps. Smoking is not permitted.
