Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a single-storey conversion within Woodlands Manor Farm, a collection of renovated farm buildings near Bude. The entire property is yours alone, sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed. One bedroom has an ensuite shower; a separate bathroom with bath and shower serves the other two. The open-plan living and dining space centres on a wood-burning fireplace, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

The farm grounds have a heated indoor swimming pool (12m by 4m, open 8am–8pm), a games room with snooker, table tennis and table football, a children's play area and a barbecue. These are shared facilities. Parking for two cars and an electric charging point are on site. The property does not permit smoking. There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, which is worth knowing if you are visiting with young children.

Bude itself sits 6 miles away and has two beaches, shops, restaurants and a 2-mile canal. Sandymouth Bay Beach, a National Trust site 3 miles distant, stretches for 2 miles to Crooklets at low tide and offers clifftop walks. One dog stays free.
