The pool table that transforms into a dining surface gives Kingsand Cottage its particular character – a practical solution for groups who want flexibility without fuss. Four bedrooms sleep up to eight across two king beds and two twin rooms, each pair served by its own bathroom. Two separate lounges mean people can spread out; one has a log burner, the other a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and wifi keeps you connected when you need it.
Kingsand itself is a working fishing village at the bottom of the Rame Peninsula, with the beach immediately accessible from the cottage. The village lanes hold independent shops, cafes and The Devonport Inn sits within a mile. Parking is in a nearby public pay-and-display car park rather than on the property. From here, coastal walks are on your doorstep, and the slower pace of the peninsula makes it easy to settle in for a week without driving elsewhere – though Devonport and Plymouth are across the water if you want them. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Very cute little cottage with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. 3 mins walk from the sea front and right on the South west costal path. Great view from lounge over the sea.

Long weekend in March, so we haven't come for the weather! The area is fantastic, the cottage is gloriously quirky, with bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs, but this affords you a wonderful view over the bay. Tastefully decorated, warm, and dog friendly. What more could you want.
