Little Stables

Kingsand is a village where narrow streets lead down to the water's edge, independent shops cluster around corners, and the local pub sits within easy walking distance. Little Stables sits among these buildings, offering a self-contained base for exploring both the village and the beaches at Kingsand and neighbouring Cawsand.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space centres on a wood-burning stove, with a kitchen equipped for anything from quick breakfasts to full meals. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second has a zip-and-link bed that converts between a double and two singles. There is one shower room. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered in the price. Wood for the stove is provided to start with, and if you're bringing a dog, it stays free and comes with extras. The property does not permit smoking.

The beaches here are suitable for swimming and paddleboarding. Most visits involve a mixture of beach time, browsing the village shops and cafes, and using Kingsand as a base for exploring the wider Cornish coast.
