Closer still, Mevagissey and Fowey sit on the coast just minutes off—one a working fishing village, the other a harbour town with sailing heritage. Saint Austell Bay itself has a dramatic shoreline dotted with smaller settlements worth exploring.
Summer Breeze is a semi-detached cottage sleeping four, with everything on one floor. Two bedrooms—a king and two singles—connect to a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The open-plan living and dining space has a smart TV, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook properly, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. One car can park on site.
Your own enclosed garden comes with the property. Beyond that, you share ½ acre of landscaped grounds with a summerhouse, children's play area and barbecue. If you're bringing a dog, there's a dedicated exercise field and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water; pets stay free of charge. The property does not permit smoking.

I've not been there yet so how can I give a valuation. We have since spent a delightful week here in this 10 star accommodation. An extremely lovely place to stay, comfortable and wonderfully clean and well maintained. Delightful owners, and a daily visit from Murphy a lovely black lab doing his inspection to see if we had left any titbits around 😂 A highly recommendable holiday accommodation.

What can I say, other than wow,what an amazing place,the owners are fantastic,location perfect,absolutely spotless, the fur kids having the best time,even had a birthday card put through the door, be sad to go but booking for our xmas get away,definitely a 10/10 ❤️

The hosts are a fantastic couple. So warm and welcoming. The apartments are 100% clean and well equipped. Stayed 3 times over the past few years. Book and you will not be disappointed.

Have enjoyed staying at Little Crugwallins for the last 8 years or so and have to say it's an absolute pleasure staying here. Always impressed with the cleanliness. For a place that accepts pets you'd never know they'd been here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.A warm welcome is always received and little treats left in the table are appreciated after the long journey. Absolutely recommend without hesitation.
