Goonlaze is a single-storey detached bungalow in the hamlet of Lanjeth, surrounded by its own enclosed garden. Everything happens on ground level: three bedrooms (one double, two twin), a bathroom with both bath and shower, and a separate toilet. The living spaces include a dining room opening to the garden, a sitting room with electric fire and Freeview TV, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and the rest. Parking for three cars sits on the property.
St Austell's sandy beach is a 2-mile drive away. Charlestown's working harbour, with its tall ships and period charm, lies nearby, as does Mevagissey where ferries cross to Fowey. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within reasonable reach, and the coastal path offers cliff-top walks. A shop and pub stand about a mile off. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.
