The warmest welcome awaits guests at this immaculate hotel. Constant upgrading by the dedicated couple Lyn and Martin really shows in the excellent rooms and especially room 4, the garden en-suite room. A great continental style breakfast. A great base from which to explore the fabulous Eden Project, the historical Gardens of Heligon, wonderfull Mevagissey and many other West Country delights.

Had this accommodation booked since April all pre paid Via Booking.com for them to cancel the booking the night before our arrival saying they don't do one night bookings so basically happy to take my money and then bin me off when someone wants to book for longer what an absolute joke. Whatch this place you could be left high and dry like we have.

Stayed here over weekend working away...all I can say is wow .. Beautiful place...the hosts martin and lynn couldn't do enough for u ...we stay all over the country ...and every now and again u will come across a hidden gem like this ...if your ever in st Austel.. book this place ...u wont be disappointed...

Lovely cosy clean room, and Lynne and Martin do everything they can to make it a pleasant stay. Sid the French bulldog also loves everyone
