Little Hill

Little Hill is a semi-detached cottage arranged over three floors, accessed via four steps to the entrance. You get two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with parking for one car on site and a shared patio. The ground floor holds the kitchen—equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave—and the dining room, both with views out toward the water. Down a set of steps sits the living room, warmed by a multi-fuel burner and furnished with two settees and a window seat, plus a Freeview Smart TV.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one a double with sea views, the other a zip and link kingsize that converts to twin beds if you prefer. The bathroom is in the basement level, where you'll also find the shower room, utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The cottage does have quite a few stairs between levels, and the path down into St Mawes village is steep, so it suits guests comfortable with that. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking indoors.
