Truro sits at the head of a river valley where the Cornish coast opens into wider views. Shoal Corner is a substantially refurbished house designed around those vistas: the reverse-level layout means the main living spaces face the water, with patios and decking positioned to catch the outlook. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms spread between ground and first floors.
Downstairs holds three bedrooms—a twin with its own shower room and garden access, a double, and a bunk room suited to children—plus a family bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, the principal bedroom opens onto the garden, while the open-plan living and dining area runs the length of the floor. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. A small car can be parked on the property, and the terraced lawned gardens come with furniture and a barbecue.
The house is not suitable for children under seven. Smoking is not permitted. Access involves a single step at the entrance, though there are steps within the garden itself.
