Liwus

Liwus is a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a building in Porth, on the eastern side of Newquay. The main living space opens onto a private balcony; the kitchen is fully fitted for cooking; the bathroom has a shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two a single with a pull-out single bed alongside. One dog stays free of charge. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there is on-road parking outside.

Porth Beach is five minutes' walk away, a stretch of sand popular with families for its width and safe swimming. The village itself is quieter than central Newquay but has a pub and café within the immediate area. From the apartment you can walk the coastal path northward to Porth Island and Watergate Bay, or south to Lusty Glaze and the beaches near Newquay town. Newquay itself—just over a mile away—has a boating lake, gardens, and shops. No smoking inside the property.
