The ground floor bedrooms include a super king, a zip-and-link twin, a single, and another single with a pull-out child bed, each with its own bathroom or ensuite. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also downstairs, alongside a lift for easy access between floors.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with gas cooking, two dishwashers, a wine cooler and coffee machine. The property has Wi-Fi, central heating with underfloor electric and towel rails in the bathrooms, and electricity included. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is parking for four cars, a back garden with barbecue and seating, and a dog kennel on site if you are bringing a pet. The house is near Lamorran Gardens and the village of St Mawes on the Roseland Peninsula. An electric car charging point is available by arrangement. One well-behaved dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted.
