The Haven Lodge

The Haven Lodge is a detached period property in St Mawes, comprehensively equipped for a group holiday. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two with super king beds and en-suite showers, one with zip-and-link single beds and an en-suite, and one with two singles served by a separate family bathroom with a bathtub. Three of the four bedrooms have walk-in showers. Underfloor heating runs through the ground floor, with air source central heating elsewhere. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining room has an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer for self-catering. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and Freeview TV, with French doors opening onto a decking balcony—though access to the garden involves stone steps. There is private parking for two cars and an electric car charging point. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

St Mawes village centre, with its shops, cafés, pubs and harbour, is a short walk away. Beaches are close by, and a regular ferry runs to Falmouth. No smoking is permitted in the property. Children under six are not suitable for this accommodation.
