The Seaside View

A Georgian home in the coastal village of Cawsand, The Seaside View combines period character with contemporary practicality. The building retains original features throughout, while a recently renovated kitchen and modern utilities ensure comfort during your stay. You have the whole property to yourself—four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to ten guests.

Downstairs, a bright living and dining room flows into the kitchen, where you can prepare meals with a full range of appliances. A ground-floor bedroom and separate toilet sit off the hallway, with access through to the courtyard and walled garden beyond—a sheltered outdoor space ideal for breakfast or an evening drink. Upstairs, three further bedrooms include one with an ensuite; one that converts from a superking to twin beds; and a double. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, heated towel rail and basin.

The village sits directly above a beach, less than a two-minute walk downhill. Cawsand has a pub within a mile, shops, restaurants and cafes. One dog is welcome. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; smoking is not permitted inside.
