Ocean Cottage is a house consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, air fryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for two, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer, a dining room with dining table for four, a sitting room with smart TV, sofa, and armchair and woodburning stove, and a sunroom with four armchairs. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, shed, garden table and chairs, and private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Ocean Cottage is a wonderful escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year. Note: This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP. Note: There is a small pond in the garden, dogs and children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are several hedgehogs living in the garden, dogs will need to be supervised.
