Pelican Cottage is a four-bedroom fisherman's cottage in St Ives, sleeping five guests plus one dog at no extra cost. The property comes fully equipped: electricity, gas heating, bed linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for self-catering; the ground floor holds the living and dining areas with a Freeview TV and gas fire. Upstairs, three bedrooms split across the first and second floors, with one double bed and two singles on the first floor, plus another single on the second floor alongside a shower room with heated towel rail. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
The cottage sits a stone's throw from the beach, with the St Ives Fishermens Co-operative and numerous cafés and restaurants within easy reach. A pub is within a mile's walk. The town's cobbled streets, independent shops and galleries are on your doorstep. Please note the property has stairs to all bedrooms and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. One dog is welcome to stay; smoking is not permitted indoors. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00. Parking is available in a public car park nearby at a small cost; unloading is permitted at the door.
